Joanne Woolley, originally from a family farm in Canada, relocated to Australia over 20 years ago.  Her education includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.), the attainment of a Chartered Financial Planner designation, numerous Coaching qualifications and completion of the AICD Company Directors course.  

In addition, Joanne has over ten years’ experience leading boards and committees in the community and not-for-profit sectors.  

Joanne, as the director of APS (Advance People Solutions), provides strategic advice and implements practical people solutions to address complex organisational challenges.  With a diverse background including over 20 years as an Organisational Development and Human Resources specialist, and a decade in financial services, Joanne has experience working with a broad range of industries across both the metropolitan and regional markets.
