Grant has more than 40 years executive and governance experience working within Western Australia’s fresh produce sector, and has demonstrated capability in strategic management, stakeholder engagement and organisational leadership.

Since 1992 Grant has occupied the role of managing director of Etherington, a leading and innovative wholesale fresh produce business, and has formed strong relationships with many horticultural producers located throughout Australia and overseas.

Grant has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia (1978-1981) and has completed the AICD Company Directors course.

Grant is a past President of the Chamber of Fruit and Vegetables Western Australia, as well as being a previous board member of the Perth Market Authority and the Fresh Produce Agents Association Pty Ltd.
